This is my heat to make Met East for 50m Backstroke.

If I win this I will get to go to Cairns. I am the one in RED togs.

I am going to tell you about why do we have rules and laws.

So people do not steal things and so people do not throw things on the ground.

so we know where to sit for lunch and where to play so no-one gets hurt.

So we can keep our community clean and tidy.
